The service provided, especially by the manager Mrs Lekha, was exceptional. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering some delicious options. Overall, a good value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.
This hotel is centrally located in Thiruvananthapuram, great for vegetarians like me. It's perfect for traveling around the city easily. The rooms were of 4-5 Star Standard with international channels, but some should have never been rented in the first place. Service at the reception desk was good, but staff there were not trained to handle luggages. The location is near government offices and accessible to a shopping center, with the zoo close by. The dining experience allows you to sample various foods, but the breakfast buffet was average with poor service.
I had a great stay at the hotel in Trivandrum. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing rest after a busy day. The service from the staff, including the manager, was excellent, they were friendly and always ready to help. The location was ideal for me, right in the center of Thiruvananthapuram, close to shopping areas and attractions. The dining experience at Orion was fantastic, especially the Kerala food. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent value for money.
